Where can I buy tickets?

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?
Tickets will be available at the gate. However, prices will be more expensive at the gate, so we recommend buying your tickets in advance!
What time do gates open each day?
Gates open at 5PM on Friday and 12PM on Saturday.
Are children free to get in?
Children ages 12 and under are free as long as they are with an adult with a ticket.
Can we bring an umbrella?
You can certainly bring an umbrella.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes, the event is rain or shine.
Can outside alcohol or beverages be brought into the festival?
No outside beverages of any kind are allowed.
Can I bring a cooler?
Unfortunately, no coolers are allowed in the park.
Are there in-and-out privileges, or is it once in, once out?
You may enter and leave the festival as you please as long as you are wearing your festival wristband.
Can I bring lawn chairs?
We welcome patrons to bring lawn chairs to the festival. The area between the stage and front of house sound booth is standing room only and no chairs are allowed. Aside from this restriction, you can use your chairs in most of the other locations around the festival. You may not leave your lawn chair at the festival overnight.
Does the festival provide seating?
We have 1 set of VIP bleachers and one set of GA bleachers. There are also picnic tables available in the VIP area at The Riverview Stage (main stage). The Gateway Stage has several rows of individual chairs available on a first come first serve basis. We welcome our guests to bring lawn chairs to ensure their own seating.
Where can I park?
There’s several options in every direction along the riverfront. There’s a parking lot across the street from the box office, as well as street parking in front. There’s also several other lots all along the riverfront. Parking is not provided by the festival directly. All of the lots are public lots. Prices and hours of parking vary and depend on your location, however, most lots are free after 5PM on Friday and on weekends!
Where would handicap parking be available? Is there a handicap drop-off area?
There is handicap parking in the lot across from the main entrance. If not the main entrance, there’s ample parking all around the area in various lots, parking decks and street parking, all with their own sets of handicap parking.
The main entrance also features a circle drive (Harrison & Water) that may be a good location for a drop-off. There’s also a back entrance on Water & Eaton St that could be an easy way in should you end up parking in that area (near the main stage).
What is the enhanced viewing area in VIP?
The VIP viewing area is a special section near the front and side of the stage exclusively for VIP. There is super-close standing room available, as well as a limited amount of picnic benches and bleachers available to VIP only. There’s plenty of room in this area to bring your lawn chairs if you’d like to guarantee yourself seating. Plus, there’s a VIP bar right nearby as well!
